This is my Giant Eagle. I like it alright. I haven't had a single problem with it (except for the bathroom. Bathroom is gross. Always.) I wish it sold fresh sushi and stayed open 24/7. I have to run out to Great Northern /N. Olmsted once they close.
Im not that big on super markets but that one was OK,I only gave it 4 stars because I couldn't find the bread or the chips. But then again I've only been there 4 times so.

Most of the time when i go in i have to deal with horrible customer service. I have had good experiences with maybe 3 employees total. Tried calling today looking for a product and the lady was very rude and disrespectful to the point where she hung up on me. I get that it can be stresaful dealing with customers and not being sure what they want but i work retail at a sheetz location and honestly, i would have lost my job if i gave a customer that much disrespect. She is definitely more than the straw that broke the camel's back on this location.
