It nothing but drug dealer and worthless people living there a few good people the management is a joke he after all the single women he try to control them he has been know to make pass at them
Ghetto place to live....but cheap if you dont have much
I have lived here for 15 years. I raised my family here and it has really improved since I first moved in. There are alot of elderly people and quite a few young families. I enjoy the peace and quiet, most of the time.
beautiful park but the manager and the management company are both out of touch with residents they will not take care of issues with the managers attitude towards the tenants. they like to go around state laws to complete their agenda. the manager is extremely rude to the tenants and as long as he likes you you can skirt the rules if he doesn't like you he will single you out and become a problem for you. the rent has gone up 3 years in a row since new manager was hired. the management company knows the manager is not enforcing community standards equally but does nothing about this
It's a pretty standard mobile home park. Rent is reasonable as I understand it and the neighborhood is better than most.
