Very very slow. Only 1 person working with no backup. Even at Christmas time. Unless you have plenty of free time visit a different location
It takes 20+ minutes for someone to answer the phone and all they can tell me is the delivery person must have delivered it to the wrong address. Later that day or the next, it sometimes magically appears (but not always).
There is a super rude women who works there. If you can't be kind and courteous, why are you in customer service?
This is the wost post office for the area. I am constantly missing packages that shows delivered when it wasn't.
They smashed my Computer Hard Drive into the mail box so tight that I couldn't get it out.
Pleasant staff. Building could use face lift. Parking lot is old.
This is why I either ship things to my work or choose UPS/FedEx.
