They offer great classes for all ages. The parking lot is small but never full and the driveway leading up to it is one lane which leads to awkward moments when two cars are trying to go opposite ways.
The best box I have attended. Always very open, family friendly (including classes for teens) and willing to listen to your goals. Most importantly, will create and modify programs to fit your needs and keep you healthy. Kate and the team are the best.

it's a good CrossFit place to get in a quick workout. I personally prefer Stat CrossFit in Avon.
Coca isn't just a gym to me. They are my family. The ones who won't let you give up in the gym and anything else life throws at you. They have in my opinion the best coaches and programming with a wide variety from good old Crossfit, powerlifting, gymnastics programming and in between. Check it out! You won't be sorry!
