The prices are great. The north ridgeville store needs more cashiers. The wait time is longer than it should be.
Confusing layout. Rude and unknowledgeable employees. Asked a woman where something was, she had to ask her co-worker. Co-worker didn’t know where it was either and asked me “have you even been here before?” And I said “no, but why does it matter”. She said that made it hard to tell me where to go. Well it seems like that’s something she needs to figure out, not blaming the customer.
The price you see may not be what you pay at the check-out. It happened to me too many times; please pay attention at the check-out. Otherwise, you'll be paying a lot more. I wonder if Marc's does this on purpose!?
Everytime I go there there Dunkin donut coffee drinks are expired and every time I let them know, they say there gonna pull them off the shelf's and never do. Right now July's are still up there. Nasty
